In the past year Zodiac have expanded their head office, more than doubled their number of staff to 150 and are about to open 4 new offices to add to the 3 they already have. The new offices will be in Sunderland, South Shields, Wansbeck and Team Valley, Gateshead.

MD and co-founder of Zodiac Training, Lilian Mains said, ?Our success is due to well developed systems, good management and excellent training and development for all of our staff. When things get tough often the first thing to go in an organisation is training ? that?s a big mistake. Organisations need good, well trained, highly motivated staff to help trade them out of the bad times and then those same skilled and motivated staff are needed to take companies on to greater success.?
