Qualifications Credit Framework - Are you ready?

You may not be aware but in England, Wales and NI the Retail NVQs will be replaced from 1st September 2009 onwards by the new Occupational Qualifications within the QCF, and no new registrations will be then possible for the Retail NVQs.

Qualifications and Credit Framework (QCF) is the new flexible way of recognising and rewarding skills and qualifications. The QCF will present units and qualifications in a simpler way and it will lead to qualifications that are flexible and meet the skills and knowledge needs of the workforce. This event, hosted by Margaret Barkway is an overview of the QCF system and the new retail qualifications and how it will impact training provision.
